Superfeet Footbeds & Insoles-Tongue Depressor

The Superfeet Tongue Depressors are an inexpensive tool to improve the fit of your outdoor footwear, whether it be trail shoes, mids, or hiking boots.

For those with narrower, slender feet the issue is often that your foot doesn’t fill the volume of the footwear, therefore they have to be laced up extremely tight, often nearly closing up at the top. The tongue depressor sits under the laces, adding volume to your foot for a better fit.
