Rab Fleece & Mid Layer-Mens Ascendor Summit Hoody FZ – Sahara

Lightweight, warm, and breathable, this high-performance fleece hoody has been designed to meet the unique demands of winter climbing and balance your temperature on challenging ascents.

It is constructed using body-mapped fabrics which deflect wind and cold on exposed climbs, yet breathe in high-heat areas and wick away sweat to keep you dry and comfortable when you’re pushing your limits.

The details have been designed specifically for vertical missions, with a low-bulk waist which fits seamlessly under your harness, and an under-helmet hood. The zipped chest pocket is accessible when you’re wearing a harness and is the ideal place to stash a snack or guide. Elasticated bindings at the cuffs and hem ensure a close fit to trap warmth, while the integrated thumb loops prevent the sleeves from riding up your arm, particularly on long stretches with your arms overhead.

Finished with a fluorocarbon-free DWR, the Ascendor Summit Hoody FZ is the ultimate low-volume technical hoody for your fast and light mountain activities in demanding winter conditions.
